SkillNest is an online academy based in Dubai. We teach the workplace, data, design and development skills that employers in the UAE actually hire for. Nothing more, nothing less.

We started SkillNest because too much of what is called "training" leaves people with a certificate and no new ability. Recorded playlists you never finish. Long programmes that touch everything and land nothing. Content written for a global audience that ignores how work actually happens here.

Every course we build is short, live, and shaped around a real piece of work. You show up to a live class in the Dubai timezone, in a small cohort, with an instructor currently doing the job in the region. You finish with a portfolio artifact you can point to in an interview.

We design our courses by talking to hiring managers, then working backwards to the smallest set of skills that make a real difference in the first ninety days of a role.
